Procurement Administrator

Due to a replacement within our team, we are looking for a Procurement Administrator for the Purchasing/Buying department. What will you do?
As a Procurement Administrator within the Purchasing / Buying department, you are the central point of contact for our suppliers and colleagues. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Ensuring that orders are available on time and at the right location for our customers.

Providing administrative support for the logistical process related to the processing of purchase orders.

Monitoring the progress of order confirmations and taking action when necessary to ensure fulfillment according to agreed arrangements.

Ensuring all requirements for order execution are in place.

Communicating all relevant order-related progress to all internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring that purchase orders meet customer requirements.

What do we ask?

MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking.

Several years of experience in purchasing.

Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Business Central is a plus.

Stress-resistant working attitude (accustomed to working with deadlines) and able to make the right decisions under pressure; a hands-on mentality.

Full-time availability.

Living in the Den Bosch / Eindhoven region.
